Charles Kulp

Charles retired from the Allentown Police Department after 24 years of service where he held various positions that included patrolman, field training officer, firearms instructor, bicycle officer, motorcycle officer, community police officer, school resource officer and certified collision reconstructionist. He was promoted to Corporal in the Patrol Division and then to Sergeant and Supervisor of the Traffic Safety and Motor Units. After his retirement in 2005, Charles accepted a position as a Records Manager for the Lehigh Valley Health Network. In 2015, Charles left the Health Network, and he and his wife Roberta moved to State College where he is Managing Partner of Two CC Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment company. Charles is also a consultant for SRC (Special Resources Corporation), in Alexandria, Virginia, where he assists in the development of training courses specifically designed for Police Sergeants and other first line supervisors. He also works part time for Penn State at the Pattee and Paterno Libraries as an Information Resources And Services Support Assistant.
