The Century of Science: The Global Triumph of the Research University, edited by Dr. David Baker, professor of sociology, education, and demography, recently won the Association for the Study of Higher Education’s 2017 Award for Significant Research on International Higher Education. In The Century of Science a multicultural, international team of authors examines the global rise of scholarly research in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and health (STEM+) fields.
