Criminology and Psychology student, Alexa Sanchez, said that she knew she wanted to be a psychologist since she was young, but her fascination about combining the two interests was sparked with true crime stories and documentaries in high school.

“I loved psychology, but I didn’t want it to be the only thing I did,” Sanchez said. “Criminology gave me another lens to understand people.”
