Professional Bio
I am a critical criminologist and social scientist specializing in the intersections of law, markets, stigma, and inequality. My current research focuses on the persistence of drug stigma and the perpetuation of racial and economic inequalities within the context of cannabis legalization. Using a mixed-methods approach, I examine the impact of contemporary cannabis policies on communities and individuals most affected by the war on drugs.
