Professional Bio
My research considers the intersection of gender, family, and child well-being. A main goal of my work is to build upon established family theories by adding a much-needed gender component. I have accomplished this through research in several areas, including adolescent well-being, parents’ fertility preferences, and the consequences of such fertility preferences in domestic and international contexts.
